- 5g Oil extravergine (45 calorie).

Afternoon snack
- 220g Ananas and kiwi shake (70 calorie);

Dinner
- 50g Rice with vegetables broth (190 calorie);
- 200g Lemon prowns (150 calorie);
- 200g Salade mix with tomatos (35 calorie);
- 10g Oil extravergine (90 calorie);
- 50g Brown bread (121 calorie);
- 200g Cup of soft fruit with lemon (65 calorie).
